PRACTICAL KITCHEN - EXPRESS MENU
This course aims to apply the
knowledge previously acquired in the curriculum. The dishes are prepared by the
students for a plate service in the context of the lunch menu at the
restaurant-school Les Jardins. In addition, the student acquires the operating
techniques and applies the protocols of a professional kitchen.
This course gives you the opportunity

Cook, is this a job that interests
you? The Cooking program is designed to
train
people who are able to work as cooks and cooks. These
individuals will acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to
assess the organoleptic qualities of foods, establish professional
relationships, safely utilize kitchen tools and equipment, choose appropriate
cooking techniques, prepare foods, set up soups, basic pasta, appetizers,

buffets.
